Educational Tourist Paths
A number of educational trails will lead you around areas of natural beauty and interesting monuments in the Mikulov area: Viticulture Paths, Path across the Jewish Quarter, Děvín educational tourist path, The Turold Educational Tourist Path.
Viticulture Paths
Vyznavači zdravého životního stylu ocení možnost spojení degustace vína s pohybem v krásné přírodě v okolí Pálavy. Na tomto malém území prochází hned několik vinařských naučných stezek. Uvádíme pouze trasu, která vede naším regionem.
Path across the Jewish Quarter
Naučná stezka židovskou čtvrtí obsahuje zhruba na kilometrové trase celkem 13 zastavení. Označeno a podrobně popsáno je 13 domů v bývalém židovském ghettu. Trasa naučné stezky vede centrem města a je napojena na pěší turistické trasy.
Děvín educational tourist path
Covers 11 km of a foot path. The whole tour takes about 4–6 hours. The Děvín tourist path is accessible all year round and its marks are parallel to the marker tourist path. The path includes 15 information notice boards and 3 tourist maps (at the crossings by the Soutěska (The Gorge) resting place, in the upper part of the Soutěska and in the saddle below the Děvičky castle).
The Turold Educational Tourist Path
The Turold Educational Tourist Path is about 300 m long and equipped with eight information notice boards. The path is designed for foot visitors and the whole route can be covered in about an hour. The Turold educational tourist path is accessible all year round and coincides with the access path to the Turodl Caves. The red marked path is the most interesting one.
