Turold Caves

Turold Cave is the largest and the most important cave of the Pálava Hills. The length of all corridors, halls and domes exceeds 1 km. The cave is distinguished with its “Turold-style” decorations and with the largest winter refuge for bats.

    Monday to Friday booked tours for groups of 10 or more persons, phone reservation at least 2 days in advance necessary

    Tuesday to Sunday 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
  • June - August
    Monday to Sunday 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
  • September - October
    Tuesday to Friday, entry times 10.00, 12.00 a.m., 2.00, 4.00 p.m.
    Saturday – Sunday 9.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
  • The last admission one hour before the closing time.
