Please note

Starting from Mikulov, international route 52 must be crossed using the pedestrian crossing at Billa, road 40 (Břeclav – Mikulov) must be crossed twice along the trail.

Good to know

Located between Sedlec and Mikulov is a historical brick bridge built by Francis Cardinal Dietrichstein In the 1st half of the 17th century to connect Portz Insel with mainland.

Tips and historical sites along the way

Kreuzberg Kleinschweinbarth Vista – here you can admire views of Drasenhofen, Kleinschweinbarth, Steinebrunn, Falkenstein and Mikulov. At the top of Kreuzberg is the Südmährerkreuz (Moravian Cross).

Drasenhofen – the village attraction is “Traktorium” – a tractor yard. The collection of tractors is complemented by motorcycles, scooters and bicycles. Tractor tours provided on request, pleasure rides on tractor available.

Mušlov – is part of Mikulov. Here the Old Sandpit is located with fossils of molluscs and sea urchins. The trail continues through vineyards, round windbreaks and wine cellars.
